REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
If your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@pomfretgallery.co.uk or call 01977 795009 and will arrange a replacement and to collect the damaged product. We use only the best quality fine art papers, canvasses and frames. But should you not be entirely happy with your product, you can return it but you would need to pay for your own shipping costs. To return your product, please email info@pomfretgallery.co.uk or call 01977 795009 to make us aware. Please state your name and order number when doing so. Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them within 14 working days from the date you received it. You will need to pay for your own shipping costs if you wish to return your item, unless it’s a fault caused by Pomfret Gallery. Please mail your product to: Pomfret Gallery, Liquorice Way, Pontefract, West Yorkshire, WF8 1DR. When returning, please insert a small covering letter with your order number, this will speed up the refund process.
